  • About

Tewkesbury mustard is a blend of mustard and horseradish with a clean taste and sharp bite, which dates back to Shakespearian times. It’s perfect to use in place of Dijon mustard in dressings to give a truly British taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Tewkesbury mustard
  • 4 tbsp

Method

Whisk the cider vinegar, mustard and rapeseed oil together in a bowl or shake in a screw-topped jar or bottle. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
