For the batter

  • 3 bananas
  • ¾ cup (150 g) sugar

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F 180°C)

Mash the bananas in a large bowl and add the sugar, egg and melted butter. Beat to make an airy batter. (I use a food processor but a hand mixer works equally well.) Gently stir in the flour
