If you’ve ever had a vegetable garden, you’ve probably experienced this phenomenon: zucchinis that never stop producing.
At the end of summer I didn’t have a clue what to do with them anymore: zucchini cookies (recipe in Home Made), zucchini soup, savory pies (Home Made Winter), on pizza (also in the Winter book), in ratatouille, or in a … yes! In a cake! This is a bit like carrot cake, but less sweet, I find. Nice!
