They really don’t take much time to make, but be aware that the dough has to firm up in the fridge for a few hours. (Just in case you’re dying to eat chewy chocolate cookies right now.)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250 g) self-rising flour
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Combine the flour and salt in a small bowl. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then turn off the heat and add the oz (75 g) chocolate in chunks. Let the mixture stand for 10 minut
