  • 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves (about ½ cup/20 g)

Method

Boil 6 cups of water. In a glass pitcher, combine the mint, lemon verbena, lemongrass, and ginger. Pour boiling water in and let it steep.

Serve with nice honey.

You can serve this tea hot or cold.
