Mango & Cilantro Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) pineapple juice

Method

In a blender, puree the mango with the pineapple juice and cilantro leaves until smooth. Pour the cold tea into a large pitcher and stir in the mango-pineapple juice. Stir in honey to taste.

Place in the fridge to chill.

Serve with lots of ice cubes.
