  • cups (350 g) sugar
  • juice of 6 lemons (

Method

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the sugar and lemon juice to a gentle boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the syrup in a squeaky-clean bottle and keep it in the fridge.

With sparkling water this will make a delicious drink on a hot day.
