Ingredients

  • about cups (300 g) cooked white beans (or another type) or canned beans, drained and rinsed
  • about tbs

Method

Combine all the ingredients except the cayenne in a food processor or blender and pulse to a smooth puree. Spoon the hummus into a bowl, drizzle with more oil, and sprinkle with the cayenne or paprika.
