  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • Pinch of saffron threads

Method

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the cinnamon sticks and saffron in the oil. Let steep over low heat for 15 minutes. Let the oil cool, strain it, and then pour it into a very clean, dry bottle. You could add another 2 cinnamon sticks to the bottle, as it looks so pretty and it allows the oil to steep some more.
