I hear you thinking: What would I use this for? Well, it’s delicious over sautéed chicken, or a salad with goat cheese and possibly some edible flowers, or maybe with the green soup.

Ingredients

  • tsp dried lavender
  • 1 cup (250 ml) light olive oil</

Method

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the lavender in the oil. Let it steep over low heat for 15 minutes. Let it cool, then pour it into a very clean, dry bottle.
