There is no escape: In Ireland you eat fish or shellfish. It’s an island, after all. Not only is seafood readily available everywhere, but it’s also of the highest quality.

I can hardly imagine a life without shellfish. Crab is among my favorites, and when I savored this wonderful little dish in Kenmare I immediately jotted it down in my notebook. It’s so easy and ridiculously delicious that I’m certain it will become one of the staples of your summer repertoire.
