For about 10 patties

  • 1 cup (175 g) cooked quinoa
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F 180°C).

In a bowl, combine the quinoa, eggs, salt, chives and parsley, zucchini, corn, shallot, garlic, paprika, and cayenne.
