  • 500 g (1 lb/3⅓ cups) multigrain flour (whole-wheat flour is also good)

Method

Make the dough from the first four ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface. Allow to rise for an hour in a warm place covered with plastic wrap.

Knead again and fold in the raisins, chopped dried fruit and nuts. Divide the dough into approx. 12 balls, place on a greased baking tray and cover with plastic wrap. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
