Toasted Camembert Sandwich with Apricot Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 slices light sourdough bread
  • dab of butter
  • 4 slices

Method

Spread the butter on the bread slices. Turn the buttered side down and cover the other side with the camembert and a dab of apricot jam. Cover with a slice of bread. Cook the sandwiches in a grill pan or in a regular frying pan. Make sure the camembert does not run from all sides!
