Lavender: yes, you can make tea from it. Combined with mint it is delicious. Here’s the recipe for fresh and dried lavender.
Bring water to a boil. Pour over the spices in a pot and allow to brew for 10 minutes. Strain into a cup, flavour with honey or sugar, as needed. You can also strain into a pot, flavour it with honey or sugar, and leave to fully cool. Serve in tall glasses over ice cubes and with fresh mint leaves for show.
