Ingredients

  • piece of ginger the length of a large thumb
  • ½ cinnamon stick
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • juice of

Method

Cut the ginger in fine slices. Pour the water into a saucepan and add the ginger, cinnamon and thyme. Allow to brew for approx. 20 minutes on very low heat. Squeeze the mandarins and strain the juice. Remove the tea from the heat and add the juice, flavour the tea with a little black pepper. Drink ho
