To be totally honest I actually did not want to include a recipe with store-bought tea to this section, but I will make an exception for this tea. A friend of my mother’s gave me this recipe years ago and I have given it my own twist. Oh, so good.

Ingredients

  • 10 stalks rhubarb
  • 400 g (14 oz/ cups) <

Method

Wash the rhubarb and cut the stalks into sections. Place on heat with the sugar in 1 litre (4 cups) water. Simmer for 2 hours on low heat until a syrup develops. Leave to fully cool. In the meantime bring
