  • 4 small pumpkins or 2 butternut squashes
  • 4 waxy potatoes, with skin

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Cut half of the pumpkins in two and scoop them out. Peel the remaining pumpkins using a parer. Halve them and discard the seeds. Cube all the pumpkin pulp. Cut the potatoes to the same size. Make a dressing with the olive oil, garlic, ground pap
