Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, peeled
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp cumin

Method

Grate the carrots coarsely on a mandolin or in the food processor. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients and blend them with the carrot salad. Keep the salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Prior to serving garnish with a few coriander leaves. Good with Arab lamb burger or with chicken kebab.
