  • 500 ml (16 fl oz/2 cups) organic apple juice

Method

Bring all sorbet ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat and then purée into a smooth sauce using a hand blender. Leave to fully cool.

Pour the sauce into an ice-cream maker and churn for approx. 30 minutes. If you don’t have an ice-cream maker, you can place the container in the freezer. Fluff up every hour with a fork. The ice cream will be ready in approx
