Ingredients

  • 3 pink grapefruit
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs

Method

Place a grapefruit on a chopping board. Using a sharp knife, peel the yellow skin and also the white pith from top to bottom. Proceed until the entire grapefruit is peeled. Over a bowl, remove the pulp between the sections, the juice will be collected in the bowl. Repeat for all grapefruit and stir a tablespoon
