Heat the honey and the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the caster sugar, puffed rice and cocoa. Grease an oblong shallow baking tray. Add the mixture. Slightly press and even out with the back of a spoon or spatula. Leave to cool and transfer to a board. Heat the chocolate over a bain-marie.
