Cabbage Rolls with Caraway & Hazelnut

Well, I’ve ordered seeds and my new vegetable garden is almost finished. It was quite a bit of work, because we built raised beds from scratch. Soon I’ll be growing the most diverse vegetables, ones that I never see at the farmers’ market in the Netherlands (otherwise I’d buy them). There will be red broad beans, long white string beans, and black radishes in my vegetable beds.

But first we’ll finish enjoying the last of the winter vegetables. You may be quite done with cabbage, but
