Beets. I can’t get enough of them. I sowed them in my vegetable garden. Not too many, just for fun. Two rows of yellow ones because they are so deliciously sweet. Two rows of Chioggia, the red-and-white-striped ones, because they’re so beautiful. And just a short row of red beets, because the supermarket has those too.
