We’ve been eating a lot less meat at home, just like a lot of people around me. I’ve noticed that many of them have their doubts about “meat substitutes,” though. The thing is, there really is no need to fill a gap between the vegetables and potatoes on your plate. You simply prepare a dish that happens to not contain meat—that’s something else altogether.
