1 17-oz. can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
2 cups fresh cranberries, washed and picked over
Method
- In a large pan, combine the cranberries and peaches. Drain the peach juice into the kettle and chop or crush the peaches before adding them.
- Wash the raisins and squeeze them dry before adding to the mixture.
- Add the water, grated orange rind, and grated lemon rind. Bring slowly to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
