Ingredients
- fresh ripe pears, peeled, cored, and chopped
- fresh peaches, peeled, pit removed, and chopped
- fresh plums, seeds removed and chopped
- sugar
Method
- Crush or whirl in a blender or food processor an equal amount of the pears, peaches, and plums. Measure and place in a large pan.
- Add sugar measured equal to the measured fruit.
- Bring slowly to a boil and cook to desired thickness over medium heat.
