  • fresh ripe pears, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • fresh peaches, peeled, pit removed, and chopped
  • fresh plums, seeds removed and chopped
  • sugar


  1. Crush or whirl in a blender or food processor an equal amount of the pears, peaches, and plums. Measure and place in a large pan.
  2. Add sugar measured equal to the measured fruit.
  3. Bring slowly to a boil and cook to desired thickness over medium heat.
