  • 2 quarts fully-ripe but still firm strawberries
  • 1 box powdered pectin
  • 7 cups sugar


  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Crush completely, one layer at a time, using a potato masher. Measure cups into a large pan.
  2. Add the powdered pectin. Bring to a hard boil and add the sugar. Follow the basic directions and seal in sterile jars once complete.
