Coarsely grate the rind from the lemons and cut the fruit from membranes, discard seeds and chop the fruit saving any juice from the membranes.
Peel and chop the kiwi, onion, and raisins. Mix all ingredients well in a kettle and slowly cook, uncovered, for about 1½ hours. Stir often to break up pieces. When thick, seal in sterile jars.
