  • canned peaches, packed in heavy syrup, cut as you wish

Method

  1. Start with any amount of canned peaches. Pour into a saucepan along with their juice and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Pack peaches into sterile jars or refrigerator containers.
  2. Fill each jar about ¾ full with the boiling syrup. Finish filling with brandy and seal. Let stand 3 to 4 weeks before serving.
