Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 9 or 10 oz. jar plum jam
  • 9 or 10 oz jar. apricot jam
  • 9 or 10 oz jar orange marmalade
  • ½ cup cider vinegar (for a milder sauce, use cup)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cloves

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients. Heat slowly to a boil, stirring, and simmer for 5 minutes. Store in the refrigerator. To seal in sterile jars, first simmer for 10 minutes.
