This catsup is somewhat spicy.


  • 28 oz. can sliced peaches in medium or heavy syrup
  • 1 small to medium onion
  • finely gra


  1. Drain and chop the peaches. Retain the juice. Peel and chop the onion. Puree the peaches, onion, the citrus fruits, and grated peel together in a blender or food processor. If necessary, a little of the vinegar may be added to make processing easier.
  2. Put the peach juice in a pan and boil down to about ½
