  • 20 oz. can pureed tomatoes
  • ½ cup sugar
  • several cloves fresh garlic, minced</


  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer until desire thickness, about 1 hour. Taste the catsup as it cooks and add more seasonings, sugar, or salt if it is needed for your taste.
