- banana peppers (enough to fill 2 pint Jars)
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- Wash enough banana peppers to fill 2 pint jars, leaving a little space for spices. Leave the peppers whole, or if large, cut in half and remove stems and seeds.
- Combine the vinegar, water, and sugar, and bring to a boil.
- Fill each pint-sized jar with peppers
