  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • juice of 1


  1. Clean the cooked shrimp, gently squeeze out any liquid, and lightly toss with a sauce made from the remaining ingredients.
  2. Marinate for several hours in the refrigerator, drain, and serve cold. Do not plan to store them any extra time since the lemon juice will continue to cook the shrimp and toughen them.
