  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 tablespoons


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring often. If the sauce is thinner than you like, continue cooking to the desired thickness.
  2. Chill and store in the refrigerator for several weeks or freeze.
