  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 6 tablespoons dried herbs (one herb or a mixture)


  1. Pour the boiling water over the dried herbs. Allow to stand, covered, overnight.
  2. Bring to a boil and let stand overnight again.
  3. Strain through a cloth or very fine strainer and store in the refrigerator or freezer as ice cubes.
