  • ¼ cup dry mustard powder
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients and add vinegar, a little at a time, until the desired thickness.
  2. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
  3. This is a very small batch of mustard and might be a good way to start your mustard-making experience.
