  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 garlic cloves

Method

  1. Combine the white wine, onion (peeled and finely chopped), and garlic (peeled and minced or crushed) in a small pan. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes and let cool to room temperature. Letting steep overnight will add flavor. Strain into a spouted measuring cup.
