Ingredients

  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mixed spices of choice
  • 1 te

Method

In a saucepan, mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Immediately lower the heat and simmer, tightly covered, for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool in the pan overnight. Strain and bottle for storage.
