Ingredients

  • 2 cups white vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 4 to 6 large fresh garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • ¼

Method

  1. Heat the vinegar just to a boil and add the garlic and salt. Let stand for several hours to cool and then store in a covered jar for one week. Strain and bottle for storage.
