Mix together

  • ¼ cup salt
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1


It is easy to dry your own lemon rind. Just grate the rind from as many lemons as you wish. Spread it on a flat pan and put in a very low oven, about 220⁰F until it dries. Stir occasionally and make sure to avoid browning.
