Elderflower Paloma

Inspired by one of our favorite traditional Mexican cocktails, the Paloma, we introduce a floral note with the addition of St-Germain, an elderflower liqueur whose natural sweetness replaces simple syrup in the recipe. The sugary salted rim is optional, but we think it looks really pretty and is the perfect nod to this cocktail’s origin.
