La Dolce Vita Spritz

Of course, we had to include a spritz in this book. After all, it’s collectively one of the most loved cocktails in the Test Kitchen and the world. Inspired by the classic Aperol Spritz, this citrus cocktail celebrates the connection between the California and Italian coasts—la dolce vita! Clementines would be a nice substitute if you can’t find tangerines, but if you can’t find either, mandarin oranges will work in a pinch too.
