We love to sip on this antioxidant-rich beverage as a midday pick-me-up or an effervescent alcohol-free option during cocktail hour. You can also try a warm version of this drink in the morning or after dinner to promote healthy digestion. Just omit the ice cubes and sparkling water and use hot water.
In a 12–fl oz (350–ml) tumbler, combine the lemon juice, honey, ginger, and turmeric. Add a small pinch each of salt and pepper if desired, and stir the ingredients to combine. Add a small handful of ice and the lemon slices. Top the mixture with the sparkling water. Stir again to combine, then enjoy.
