Cake for breakfast? Well, while we were developing (and devouring) this recipe, we constantly craved a latte or cup of dark-roast coffee to wash it down. So, we deemed it a treat to enjoy on a leisurely Sunday morning. The flavors are rich and pronounced, while the texture is tender thanks to the sour cream and Dutch-process cocoa powder.
