A little salty, a little sweet, and a lot delicious, this variation on our go-to scone is simply perfect. Seriously, we cannot stop making them...and eating them. The bittersweet chocolate adds depth without being too cloying, but feel free to use whatever chocolate you love. Eat them as is or add a drizzle of melted peanut butter after baking for a decadent treat. Either way, look at this as an excuse to eat a chocolate chip “cookie” for breakfast.
