Late-Night ’Za with Hot Honey and Pickled Jalapeños

This pie, inspired by that late-night pizza craving, is meant to be devoured with friends. Both the dough and pomodoro sauce can be made ahead, which makes this an easy, shareable dish that can be thrown together and baked in under an hour. We recommend you grab a gutsy red wine to stand up to the flavors of the sausage, pomodoro sauce, and delicious hot honey, but if we’re talking really late-night ’za, save the bottle and stick with the boxed wine—and/or a tall glass of water.
