This versatile dish can be served as a vegetarian main course or a side dish to roasted or grilled meats. We love pairing it with a green salad and our Pizza Stone Pita with Muhammara and Herbed Labneh. The whipped tahini makes a bit more than you might need but can be refrigerated and used as a dip for raw vegetables or toasted pita or drizzled over roasted vegetables.
